We love our patients and love being able to support the causes and organizations that matter to you.

At Dentistry for Kids we try to support as many of these great causes as possible, but the number of requests we receive requires us to limit the amount of donations we provide. To help us select which worthwhile programs we can support, we have established some guidelines to help identify and select deserving recipients. To be considered for our monthly donation program, please follow the steps below when submitting a donation request.

Please email all donation requests to Practice Manager, Stacy (sjones@dentistryforkidsreno.com) by the 15th of the month. Any submissions submitted after the 15th will be taken into consideration for the following month.

In your email please include the following details:

• Patient/parent name
• Name of organization or event being requested for
• Date of event
• Date donation is needed
• Amount requested
• Please attach official donation flyer
• Contact information
• A brief summary of the intended benefit for this donation

All approved donations requests will be contacted by the 5th of the following month.
